It’s Vu Villa GAMEDAY!
Tonight is a special one! It’s our LAST home game of the season! That means we’re excited to recognize some of our graduating seniors who were instrumental in the return of Montana Technological University Hockey to the community!
Montana Tech has been a part of the community of Butte for a staggering 125 years, since the School of Mines opened it’s doors in September, 1900.
Ice hockey has been a part of the history of the school since the 50s, and what better way to recognize that than by donning special Heritage jerseys, modeled after the original hockey sweaters from back when the team would skate outdoors!
Although the weather didn’t cooperate with us to bring our game back to its roots on Leonard Field this year, still we’re excited to partner with SNoFLINGA and offer FREE ADMISSION TO ALL!
Puck drops at 730pm MDT at the Butte Community Ice Center!
